**Short Overview** Accessibility audit and improvement roadmap for the booking platform, aligning key user journeys with WCAG 2.1 AA on web and native accessibility guidelines on iOS and Android. **Problem Statement** Accessibility issues were reported by users relying on screen readers, keyboard navigation and high-contrast modes. Fixes were previously made reactively, without a coherent baseline. **Goals** - Establish a documented baseline of accessibility issues - Fix critical issues in top user journeys (search, detail, booking, my bookings) - Set up guidelines and checks for future product work **Role & Responsibilities** UX Researcher and Product Designer, working with an accessibility specialist, engineering and QA. **Design Process** - Heuristic and automated audit of key journeys on web and mobile - Assistive-technology testing with screen readers and switch controls - Interviews with users who rely on accessibility features - Prioritized roadmap by user impact and technical effort **Key Design Decisions** - Focus order, contrast and touch-target fixes on high-traffic screens - Semantic structure and ARIA patterns for search, filters and booking - Documentation and review checklist embedded into the design and dev workflow **Impact / Expected Outcomes** - Meaningful reduction in critical accessibility issues in top journeys - Better experience for users with permanent, temporary and situational impairments - Sustainable accessibility practice across product teams **Skills Demonstrated** Accessibility, inclusive design, auditing, cross-functional collaboration. **Platforms** Web and Mobile
